About the role
- Design and continuous improvement of the user experience for our SaaS platform
- Creation of intuitive user interfaces for a technically sophisticated product
- Close collaboration with Product Management and Development to translate requirements into thoughtful designs
- Development of design systems, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
- Conducting usability tests and gathering user feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensuring a consistent, modern and clear design language
Requirements
- Several years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Solid knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools
- Strong ability to translate complex processes into user-friendly interfaces
- Experience with design systems, responsive design and prototyping
- Understanding of technical contexts and close collaboration with developers
- Creativity, attention to detail and an agile mindset
- Fluent German and English skills
