About the role

  • Actively manage the company’s liquidity, structuring and monitoring cross-border foreign exchange operations.
  • Lead short-, medium- and long-term financial planning.
  • Identify, analyze and mitigate financial risks (credit, liquidity, FX and interest rate).
  • Monitor macroeconomic scenarios and their direct impacts on our business.
  • Support all areas of the company by producing financial reports and data for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in executive financial management, required experience in Fintechs, Payment Institutions or highly regulated and complex companies.
  • Experience in M&A processes.
  • Full mastery of advanced treasury, FP&A, cash flow management and financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange operations (cross-border) and hedge/FX exposure management.
  • Experience managing international treasury and/or developing complementary international solutions.
  • Rigorous technical background in financial risk management, structuring internal controls, compliance and audit support.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with a track record of success in complex negotiations with financial institutions and/or other partners.
  • Mature leadership to structure processes, scale teams and “Do things differently and generate value.”
