About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, evaluate, and secure commercial real estate acquisition opportunities that align with the company’s investment strategy.
- Generate off-market investment opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and competitive assessments.
- Prepare letters of intent (LOIs), proposals, presentations, and purchase contracts.
- Coordinate due diligence and collaborate with internal teams throughout the acquisition process.
- Work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement strategies that expand the company’s acquisition platform and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, property owners, lenders, and industry professionals.
- Represent and promote WePartner Group within the commercial real estate community.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, investment sales, brokerage, leasing, or business development.
- Demonstrated success sourcing off-market commercial real estate opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CoStar, LoopNet, and Crexi.
- Active Georgia Real Estate License preferred (or ability to obtain one).
