About the role

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution.
  • Drive brand positioning, go-to-market planning, and demand generation.
  • Oversee digital marketing, content, events, and partner programs.
  • Manage performance metrics, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Define and execute integrated GTM plans for new products and initiatives.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Own website growth strategy, including SEO and content optimization.
  • Exceptional ability to create and direct compelling content and thought leadership materials.
  • Plan and execute industry events and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Own marketing performance reporting and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, ideally within ERP ecosystems.
  • Proven success driving demand generation and pipeline creation with measurable revenue impact.
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), ISVs, and related ERP ecosystems (Acumatica, Sage, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to increase marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, ABM, audience segmentation, and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Experience managing agencies, contractors, and external vendors.
  • Hands-on expertise with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft D365 Sales, Paminga (Net-Results) or equivalent CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative, data-driven thinker with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
