About the role

  • Responsible for planning, leading and prioritizing the entire OneAI program
  • Create and maintain the product backlog (OneHub, OneLLM, Onecore, etc.)
  • Close collaboration with Architecture, AI Engineering, DevOps, Frontend and QA
  • Translate customer and market requirements into implementable epics and user stories
  • Sprint planning, reviews, stakeholder communication, and roadmap management
  • Monitor milestones and target achievement (from data isolation to Agent Builder)
  • Manage the MVP through to Go‑Live on January 1, 2026
  • Risk management, project controlling and resource allocation
  • Represent the AI platform strategy to executive management and partners (Lenovo, NVIDIA, Relyon)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in tech or SaaS projects
  • Technical understanding of AI technologies: LLM inference, pgvector, embeddings, RAG
  • Knowledge of multi-tenant system architectures, tenant isolation and container stacks
  • Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira), stakeholder management and story slicing
  • Experience with governance topics (SSO, GDPR, EU AI Act, audits, role models)
  • Strong communicator, analytical, decisive — with a drive for excellence
