About the role
- Development of strategies, concepts and planning principles for new construction and refurbishment in the high-voltage network
- Management and commissioning of new-build and upgrade projects in the high-voltage network
- Monitoring of the technical and economic implementation of commissioned projects
- Participation in the preparation of the construction program and adjustments to forecasts/annual planning
- Development of generation and grid security management for renewable-generation plants (EEG)
- Point of contact for network operation/control issues
- Coordination and handling of issues with the transmission system operator (TSO)
- Support for network calculations for network concepts
- Contribution to the development of company standards and guidelines
- Development and supervision of studies
- Handling of current priority topics
- Project control and maintenance of project data
- Participation in project groups, committees and associations
Requirements
- Degree (university or technical college) in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
- IT skills in network information systems, MS Office and databases
- Extensive knowledge of energy law (EnWG, EEG and relevant regulations)
- Organizational, conceptual and communication skills
- High degree of independence / ability to work independently
- Driving license Class B
