Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years in sales operations or a related analytical/operational B2B role
  • Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience — workflow automation, custom reporting, pipeline management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); comfortable working with data sets
  • Strong process orientation with a track record of documenting workflows
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into takeaways for non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to prioritize independently with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Nice to have: Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, employee benefits, or insurance-adjacent industries
  • Familiarity with broker or channel sales models
  • HubSpot certifications (Sales Software, Revenue Operations, or similar)
  • Proficiency with AI tools
  • Exposure to ERP systems (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar)
