Key responsibilities & impact

Wellmark Inc. seeks a Sr Software Engineer – Dynamics CRM
Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and document highly complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
Ensure completed activities meet project specifications, requirements and Wellmark standards
Lead discussions with Technology and business units on solution design and implementation
Collaborate with other areas of Technology to ensure solutions improve the user experience
Work to resolve technical problems for on-premise, cloud native, and hybrid applications
Serve as subject matter expert in the implementation of innovative, cost-effective business solutions for multiple applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field of study
36 months of experience in job offered or related in a health or financial services industry
36 months of experience in software development, data mining, ETL Processing, and configuration in Dynamics CRM
24 months of experience in design and development in Angular, NodeJS, TypeScript, C++, .NET, Java, SQL
Experience in troubleshooting and developing creative technical solutions
Experience with gathering information, performing necessary research needed for root cause analysis, problem definition and formulation, recommending solution implementation, verification, and ongoing optimization, using data to support recommendations
Experience supporting legacy Dynamics CRM systems.
