About the role
- Supports the Community Sales Director and the Executive Director to increase occupancy
- Meet budgeted occupancy and revenue
- Maintain a waiting list for available apartments
- A passion for helping seniors
- Works in support of the Sales Director to provide the sales activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the Communitys sales and move-in goals to continuously maximize occupancy
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Sales or leasing office experience, a plus
- Support for onsite marketing events
- Participation in tour support
