About the role
- Video editing: Create short-form videos for our shorts courses using CapCut
- Support content management for our platform
- Apply AI tools for text and video production
- Actively monitor trends in video creation and social media to integrate new ideas and approaches
Requirements
- Preferably knowledge of horses and a passion for equestrian topics
- Strong media affinity and interest in content creation
- Confident user of common tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
- High affinity for social media and content-creation trends as sources of inspiration
- Strong sense for quality in written and visual communication
- Eye for detail, while also able to think and act pragmatically
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Team player with flexibility
- Ideally fluent in English, both spoken and written
- You should be available at least 10–15 hours per week, preferably up to 20 hours per week.
