About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You support the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
  • You take on administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day HR operations.
  • You prepare contracts and certificates and maintain employee and applicant data in Personio.
  • You accompany recruiting processes from job posting to interview coordination.
  • You identify suitable talent via various recruiting and sourcing channels.
  • You work closely with our departments to optimally fill personnel needs.
  • You support the development and optimization of our HR and recruiting processes.
  • You contribute your own ideas and want to take on more responsibility step by step.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have already gained initial practical experience in HR – ideally in both recruiting and operational personnel management.
  • You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner.
  • You have a confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • You bring a high degree of empathy, organizational talent and service orientation.
  • You are interested in modern HR processes, recruiting trends and digital tools.
  • Initial experience with Personio or comparable HR systems is an advantage.
  • You are eager to develop long-term and take on responsibility.
  • You are a team player and enjoy driving things forward together.
