About the role
- Enjoy making the initial contact with prospects.
- Work in a structured manner and have a keen sense for which prospects have genuine potential for our product.
- Serve as the first touchpoint for potential customers (Sales Development Representative).
- Collaborate in a feedback-oriented team environment.
Requirements
- Identify and qualify high-quality leads and proactively build our sales pipeline.
- Qualify and schedule appointments with potential customers to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Initiate first contact with MQLs and PQLs according to defined sales criteria.
- Take responsibility for the quality of SQLs, measured by resulting proposals.
- Follow up on leads in a timely manner within defined response windows.
- Maintain and report all relevant information in the CRM system.
- Independently prioritize leads based on relevance and potential.
- Apply and continuously improve sales strategies and tools.
- Work closely with Marketing and Campaign Management.
