About the role

  • Enjoy making the initial contact with prospects.
  • Work in a structured manner and have a keen sense for which prospects have genuine potential for our product.
  • Serve as the first touchpoint for potential customers (Sales Development Representative).

Requirements

  • Identify and qualify high-quality leads and proactively build our sales pipeline.
  • Qualify and schedule appointments with potential customers to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Initiate first contact with MQLs and PQLs according to defined sales criteria.
  • Take responsibility for the quality of SQLs, measured by resulting proposals.
  • Follow up on leads in a timely manner within defined response windows.
  • Maintain and report all relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Independently prioritize leads based on relevance and potential.
  • Apply and continuously improve sales strategies and tools.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Campaign Management.
