Graphic Designer, Art Director
WEISS GroupGraphic Designer managing visual brand strategies and campaigns for WEISS GmbH. Collaborating on B2B communication and ensuring adherence to corporate designs.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead visual brand direction across all communication channels (online and offline)
- Support creative processes from concept through execution and delivery of omnichannel on- and offline campaigns (print, social media, etc.)
- Create visual assets for omnichannel communication
- Implement graphic materials for national and international activities while ensuring compliance with corporate design
- Develop UI designs for web applications and corporate websites in coordination with internal and external developers
- Design campaign visuals, evolve new content formats, define visual languages, and produce video and film projects
- Passionately design and implement unconventional, new ideas in B2B communication
- Present concepts to internal clients and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience as an Art Director, Graphic Designer, or Communication Designer in an agency or corporate environment
- Comfortable working in high-quality B2B communication and an affinity for technically complex or explanation-driven products
- Ability to identify and interpret B2C trends and transform/apply them to B2B communication
- Solid knowledge of common design tools and motion design
- Professional experience in the creative field, ideally within an agency setting with a multimedia focus
- Sense for and enthusiasm about good ideas and digital (social media) trends
- Strategic thinking, analytical/conceptual skills, teamwork-oriented approach, and strong quality awareness
