About the role
- Analyze the as‑is process and define the to‑be process end-to-end
- Liaise with internal customers
- Develop business cases in collaboration with the customer
- Guide the internal customer through the entire process and provide progress updates
- Collaborate with external instrument vendors
- Present the solution to the customer and ensure test feedback is collected
- Support stakeholders by resolving minor issues or providing required information
Requirements
- University degree in science, informatics, or equivalent experience within life sciences
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience working on international projects (teams located in different countries)
- Project management skills are an asset
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills and creative, out-of-the-box thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
