About the role
- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets and converting leads into happy couples
- Manage weddings and events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Keep precise records of event details, contracts, and administrative documents using Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Inspire and motivate event staff to deliver exceptional service
Requirements
- 2+ years of catering sales, event sales, or hospitality is preferred
- College degree is a bonus
- Outstanding verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for sales, weddings, and the hospitality industry
- Ability to lift chairs, move tables, and assist with banquet set-up and tear-down
- Availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
