💰 $18 - $22 per hour
About the role
- Maintain, clean, and organize design inventory including décor, linens, lighting, and furniture
- Pull and safely load event orders into company vans for delivery
- Drive company vehicles to event venues and assist with load-in and setup
- Install décor, furniture, arches, and lighting according to designer instructions and timelines
- Support on-site event setups and breakdowns, both indoors and outdoors
- Work collaboratively with Designers and Operations teams to ensure events are executed smoothly.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, event, or trade show environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving company vans (no CDL required)
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more and perform physical work for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math and computer skills
- Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and work with a sense of urgency.
