Create and optimize responsive user interfaces for online shops
Create mock-ups and prototypes to present new features in our clients' online shops
Implement new features and UI components to deliver an intuitive, user-friendly experience
Advise clients on optimizing online shops and support them with change requests and new requirements
Integrate and test new shop features for quality assurance and support quality processes
Analyze current frontend trends to improve products and processes

Requirements

Relevant degree, vocational training (e.g., IT specialist or media designer), or comparable experience/qualifications
Strong interest in modern web technologies, user experience, and e-commerce
Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React) and templating engines such as Twig or Smarty
Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with mobile-first design
Confident use of version control and collaboration tools such as GitLab or GitHub
Advantageous: experience with Figma and the Adobe product family
Advantageous: experience integrating backend systems and APIs
Empathy, understanding of client needs, and a customer-oriented mindset
Structured, results-oriented way of working
Team player with initiative
Excellent German (min. C1 / fluent in spoken and written) and very good English (min. B2)
