About the role

  • Identify and attract top-tier talent in Cape Town and build a superb employee journey—from the first interview to the final farewell—ensuring seamless alignment with our company culture
  • Independently drive the end-to-end recruitment process for Cape Town, from active sourcing and interviewing to final hiring
  • Design a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and champion initiatives that foster a positive, cohesive team culture
  • Manage the administrative employee lifecycle, including contract generation, data management, and offboarding
  • Act as the trusted first point of contact for local staff queries and general P&O guidance
  • Support the Swiss P&O team with international recruitment coordination and administrative projects.

Requirements

  • at least 3–5 years of experience, with a strong focus on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, ideally within an agency or a fast-paced internal HR team
  • a relevant qualification (e.g., a diploma or degree in HR Management, Psychology, or a related field)
  • genuinely passionate about people, culture, and creating a great place to work
  • comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and structuring your own day without constant supervision
  • are organized and meticulous when it comes to contracts and data management
  • a solid understanding of South African labour law (BCEA) regarding contracts and hiring practices
  • proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
