About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full accountant bench delivering end to end Ecommerce Accounting Services
Hire, train, and manage the eCommerce Accountant team
Handle complex US accounting or ecommerce questions
Ensure monthly Books Close and certified sign-off by the 15th of every month
Resolve client escalations within 24 hours
Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Support teams
Track customer growth against team capacity
Partner with Product & Engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years in accounting
Deep, hands-on US accounting expertise
Proficient in QuickBooks and Xero
Real accounting consulting or advisory experience
Client Accounting Services (CAS) background is a strong plus
Proven experience managing and scaling a team
Comfortable owning client relationships
