About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the execution of high-priority special projects across the growth, product, operations, delivery, and engineering functions.
Translate leadership direction into clear workstreams, then track progress against goals, surface risks early, and help teams stay on track.
Help run core operating cadences, including weekly reviews, leadership syncs, and planning cycles.
Develop the strategy-setting insights and analytics that drive key decisions across the leadership team and its stakeholders.
Identify gaps in existing systems and implement lightweight, scalable solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or similar generalist roles.
Demonstrated interest in the national security community, public sector organizations, and / or mission-driven technology.
High ownership mindset and capacity to operate in ambiguity.
Creative and gritty problem-solving skills, with the analytic ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with an executive audience in mind.
