Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development as part of a team, with meaningful experience in platform engineering, developer experience, or developer tooling, and a growing track record building AI-powered or LLM-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI tooling.
- A product mindset for internal platforms.
- Technical versatility across a polyglot stack.
- Experience building governance, policy, or guardrail systems.
- Data-informed decision-making.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
