Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development as part of a team, with meaningful experience in platform engineering, developer experience, or developer tooling, and a growing track record building AI-powered or LLM-driven systems.
  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI tooling.
  • A product mindset for internal platforms.
  • Technical versatility across a polyglot stack.
  • Experience building governance, policy, or guardrail systems.
  • Data-informed decision-making.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
