About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and perform cold calling.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities in the early stages of the pipeline.
  • Schedule introductory meetings for the founders and the sales team.
  • Research target accounts, key stakeholders, and decision‑makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in HubSpot.
  • Support the optimization and scaling of our outbound and sales processes.
  • Prepare analyses and reports to track and evaluate the performance of our sales activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled student in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in Sales Operations within the SaaS and FinTech environment, with strong German and English skills.
  • First practical experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
  • Comfortable proactively picking up the phone and approaching new contacts.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence.
  • High self‑motivation and enjoyment in persuading people.
  • Resilience and a positive approach to rejection.
  • Responsible with a good sense for efficient workflows and optimization potential.
  • Organized and structured working style, able to combine analytical thinking with pragmatic problem‑solving and execution.
  • Strong self‑motivation that pushes you beyond your limits and enjoyment of teamwork in an agile work environment.
