Working Student – Sales Operations
WealthPilotWorking student in Sales Operations with a direct impact on growth in a leading FinTech. Assist in cold calling, scheduling, and optimizing sales processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and perform cold calling.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities in the early stages of the pipeline.
- Schedule introductory meetings for the founders and the sales team.
- Research target accounts, key stakeholders, and decision‑makers.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in HubSpot.
- Support the optimization and scaling of our outbound and sales processes.
- Prepare analyses and reports to track and evaluate the performance of our sales activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled student in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in Sales Operations within the SaaS and FinTech environment, with strong German and English skills.
- First practical experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
- Comfortable proactively picking up the phone and approaching new contacts.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident presence.
- High self‑motivation and enjoyment in persuading people.
- Resilience and a positive approach to rejection.
- Responsible with a good sense for efficient workflows and optimization potential.
- Organized and structured working style, able to combine analytical thinking with pragmatic problem‑solving and execution.
- Strong self‑motivation that pushes you beyond your limits and enjoyment of teamwork in an agile work environment.
