About the role

  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, research, data science, legal, and compliance teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of content design experience in a consumer software company. Experience in building financial technology products is a plus.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates how clear communication can make or break a product experience. This includes a range of content and writing abilities for product experiences such as product screens, notifications, microcopy, emails, FAQs, style guides, and patterns.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects across teams, navigate ambiguity, and quickly tailor effective content approaches within constraints. Influence the user experience beyond just content.
  • A collaborative mindset and have experience working across disciplines and with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. product managers, product designers, and engineers.)
  • Define and execute content design strategies for your team’s products and features.
  • Understand UX design principles and best practices for mobile and web. An eye for the details and an interest in the finer points of wordsmithery.
  • Deeply curious and interested in fintech.
