- Help chart the future vision of our product suite.
- Work alongside cross-functional peers to develop the vision, strategy, and language for products.
- Collaborate closely with counterparts on content design, user research, product management, engineering, and legal and compliance.
- Shape product experiences solving for financial product needs and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience in a consumer software company.
- A portfolio of high-quality work that demonstrates your high bar for visual and interaction craft.
- Ability to articulate the impact your work has on your team and the business.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, researchers, and content designers in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas clearly.
- Reliable self-starter who can steer their work with minimal oversight.
- Love designing for the entire product process from strategy to pixel—and can demonstrate a range of skills from high-level flows to detailed interactions.
- Exceptional product thinker who takes a deep interest in understanding business and customer needs.
- Deeply curious and interested in fintech and the home lending industry.
