About the role

  • Help chart the future vision of our product suite.
  • Work alongside cross-functional peers to develop the vision, strategy, and language for products.
  • Collaborate closely with counterparts on content design, user research, product management, engineering, and legal and compliance.
  • Shape product experiences solving for financial product needs and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product design experience in a consumer software company.
  • A portfolio of high-quality work that demonstrates your high bar for visual and interaction craft.
  • Ability to articulate the impact your work has on your team and the business.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, researchers, and content designers in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas clearly.
  • Reliable self-starter who can steer their work with minimal oversight.
  • Love designing for the entire product process from strategy to pixel—and can demonstrate a range of skills from high-level flows to detailed interactions.
  • Exceptional product thinker who takes a deep interest in understanding business and customer needs.
  • Deeply curious and interested in fintech and the home lending industry.
