Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of product design experience in a consumer software company.
A portfolio of high-quality work that demonstrates your high bar for visual and interaction craft.
Ability to articulate the impact your work has on your team and the business.
Experience collaborating with product managers, researchers, and content designers in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas clearly.
Reliable self-starter who can steer their work with minimal oversight.
Love designing for the entire product process from strategy to pixel—and can demonstrate a range of skills from high-level flows to detailed interactions.
Exceptional product thinker who takes a deep interest in understanding business and customer needs.
Deeply curious and interested in fintech and the home lending industry.
