About the role
- Work as part of QA teams to plan testing efforts and execute test scripts, including install testing, software and web testing.
- Participate in all phases of a project: user story review, test design, demos, system testing and launch.
- Work as part of agile teams; be a self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while testing and reporting issues.
- Be mentored and monitored by a Quality Assurance Engineer.
Requirements
- Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail is important.
- Must be proficient with computers.
- Basic knowledge of testing software is required.
- Ability to test software and question features or behavior is desirable, but not required.
- experience in Quality Assurance preferred.
- Able to work 35-40 hours a week.
