About the role
- Conceptualize individual CRM architectures that align with the client’s overall strategy and data landscape
- Plan, lead and implement HubSpot deployments for companies
- Deep configuration of HubSpot portals (including complex workflows, custom objects, advanced reports, etc.)
- Regular meetings with clients and continuous coordination with internal teams
- Ongoing consultancy and regular training sessions for clients
- Support on a wide range of HubSpot topics when issues arise on the client side
- Self-directed continuing education across all HubSpot topics
Requirements
- At least two years of experience with HubSpot (usage/administration/configuration)
- Understanding of marketing, sales and service processes (with optional area of specialization)
- Experience in process modeling, data modeling and data preparation
- Understanding of IT infrastructures as a whole and how systems interact
- Knowledge of API interfaces
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Professional and confident demeanor when dealing with clients
- General experience in project and process management is desirable
