About the role

  • Conceptualize individual CRM architectures that align with the client’s overall strategy and data landscape
  • Plan, lead and implement HubSpot deployments for companies
  • Deep configuration of HubSpot portals (including complex workflows, custom objects, advanced reports, etc.)
  • Regular meetings with clients and continuous coordination with internal teams
  • Ongoing consultancy and regular training sessions for clients
  • Support on a wide range of HubSpot topics when issues arise on the client side
  • Self-directed continuing education across all HubSpot topics

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience with HubSpot (usage/administration/configuration)
  • Understanding of marketing, sales and service processes (with optional area of specialization)
  • Experience in process modeling, data modeling and data preparation
  • Understanding of IT infrastructures as a whole and how systems interact
  • Knowledge of API interfaces
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Professional and confident demeanor when dealing with clients
  • General experience in project and process management is desirable
