About the role
- Design customized CRM architectures aligned with the client's overall strategy and data landscape
- Plan, lead and implement HubSpot rollouts for companies
- Deep configuration of HubSpot portals (including complex workflows, custom objects, advanced reporting, etc.)
- Regular meetings with clients and continuous coordination with internal teams
- Ongoing consulting and regular training sessions for clients
- Support on various HubSpot topics when issues arise on the client side
- Self-directed continuous learning on all HubSpot-related topics
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience with HubSpot (use/administration/configuration)
- Understanding of marketing, sales and service processes (specialization in one area welcome)
- Experience in process modeling, data modeling and data preparation
- Understanding of IT infrastructures as a whole and how systems interact
- Experience with API integrations
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Professional and confident demeanor when interacting with clients
- General experience in project and process management is desirable
