About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You act as the central interface between clients, designers, developers, and sales.
You ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
You lead regular meetings with clients and teams to discuss project progress and identify and resolve issues early.
You create and maintain project documentation and reports.
You contribute your own ideas and develop strategies to optimize our project workflows.
You plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an agency or the e-commerce sector
Prior experience working with Shopify
Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Asana, or ClickUp
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities
Independent and structured working style
Strong affinity for (new) digital media and technologies
Willingness to contribute ideas and innovations in a creative and collaborative environment
