About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Project Manager, you act as the main point of contact for our clients.
You ensure optimally structured projects and consistently satisfied clients.
In close collaboration with our founders, you lead all projects successfully to launch.
You serve as the central interface between clients, designers, developers, and sales.
You ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
You run regular meetings with clients and teams to review project progress and identify and resolve issues early.
You create and maintain project documentation and reports.
You contribute your own ideas and develop strategies to optimize our project workflows.
You plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the digital or e‑commerce industry.
Advantageous: prior experience working with Shopify.
Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities.
Independent and structured working style.
Strong affinity for (new) digital media and technologies.
Willingness to contribute ideas and innovations in a creative, collaborative environment.
