Key responsibilities & impact- Build relationships with practitioners across multiple target markets
- Activate new practitioner relationships and convert them into consistent referral sources
- Nurture and grow existing practitioner relationships into long-term, high-performing referral partners
- Drive inspection volume across your markets through trusted relationships
- Own the full lifecycle of practitioner relationships, from first outreach to long-term referral growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience building relationships with healthcare practitioners
- Experience managing both new business development and ongoing account growth
- Experience operating across multiple regions or managing a distributed territory (preferred)
- Exposure to chronic illness, environmental health, or root-cause care models
- Experience driving referrals, not just closing one-time transactions
