Graphic Design Intern
WE DO communication GmbH GWAGraphic Design Intern supporting creative projects at WE DO communication GmbH in Berlin. Designing layouts, editing images, and experimenting with AI tools for innovative communications.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You design layouts for digital and print media — from social media posts to posters and brochures.
- You support the further development of brand identities and design with a confident sense of form, color and function.
- You edit photos, retouch images and create illustrations or icons using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- You experiment with AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Midjourney) and integrate generative approaches into your creative workflow.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are enrolled in a degree program or vocational training in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related field
- You have solid knowledge of the relevant social media channels and a good sense for current platform trends and digital communication formats
- Proficient knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Confident handling of corporate design systems and basic typography principles
- Initial portfolio with your own design projects (digital & print)
- Curiosity about new tools and technologies, especially AI-assisted design
- Strong team and communication skills: collegial exchange and constructive feedback
- Independent, structured working style while collaborating closely with your team
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
