About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You develop content ideas and implement them independently – from concept to publication.
- You produce and edit content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts – tailored to the target audience, platform-specific, with a strong sense for formats, trends and socio-political content.
- You take on project management: coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and approval processes, and ensuring projects run smoothly.
- You work on a topic of social relevance – specifically content relating to antisemitism, culture of remembrance and political education.
- You contribute your own perspective and actively help shape the work.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and associated project management
- Agency experience or comparable professional experience
- Confident use of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts: formats, algorithms, aesthetics, ads – you know what works and how.
- Editorial skills: you can write, structure and distill content effectively.
- Experience and genuine interest in political and socio-political issues.
- Sensitivity when handling the topic of antisemitism – you understand its complexity and approach it responsibly.
- Strong organisational skills and initiative – you see projects through to completion, even when challenges arise.
