In your role as an instructor, the primary goal is to develop the competencies of course participants.
In designing your lessons, you see yourself both as a content provider and as a support in the role of a learning coach — Learning 4.0!
This includes: subject-related teaching from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D®
Using a variety of teaching methods to design lessons
Preparing and creating curriculum-related teaching materials
Conducting assessments to measure competency gains

Requirements

What you’ll need

Vocational training as an IT Specialist — Application Development or equivalent
At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
Solid knowledge and skills across multiple areas of software development and information technology
Comprehensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
Practical experience in software development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies
Knowledge of databases and SQL, software architecture and design, virtualization (Hyper-V), as well as operating systems, system architecture, and security practices
Interest in AI and ChatGPT and the ability to integrate them effectively into teaching
Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., instructor certification such as AEVO)
Methodical and didactic skills in conveying teaching content
Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
