As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING SE, you represent your subject area with passion and foresight.
You are enthusiastic about innovative concepts for individualized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer.
In your role as trainer, the primary objective is the competence development of course participants.
In your lesson design you see yourself both as a source of input and as a support in the role of a learning companion — Learning 4.0!
This includes subject-related instruction using adaptive, AI-supported teaching methods from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®.
Providing targeted assistance and resources to help learners overcome their specific challenges.
Adapting your coaching methods to the individual needs and learning progress of participants.
Contributing to quality assurance measures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent command of German (C2 level).
Relevant vocational qualification and professional experience as an accountant or tax clerk.
Practical experience as a trainer/instructor in the field of financial accounting with DATEV.
Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
Posting of business transactions.
Preparation of annual financial statements.
Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO desirable).
