About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a freelance trainer in Controlling & Business Intelligence with Power BI and AI tools, you are responsible for the learning success and motivation of our participants.
You promote active engagement with the learning content and its practical application.
You encourage the group to exchange ideas about what they've learned using innovative formats.
You motivate participants and ensure a positive learning and working atmosphere.
You supervise the individual completion of assignments within the scope of project work.
You evaluate the project work.
You support the (further) development of the product/offering.
You teach from your home office (remote).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence (2+ years)
Extensive knowledge in Controlling & Business Intelligence
Degree in business administration, controlling, business informatics, or another relevant field and/or professional experience in at least one of the following areas: AI fundamentals in reporting; Business Intelligence: data analysis & visualization; Business Intelligence: forecasting & scenario planning; Business Intelligence: automating reporting & detecting anomalies; understanding & evaluating processes with AI; Self-Service Business Intelligence
Experience with the main tool: Power BI
Experience with the following tool is desirable: Microsoft Excel
Ability to use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) purposefully to support work processes
