About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Subject-related language instruction delivered in person (face-to-face)
  • Use a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
  • Prepare and develop curriculum-aligned teaching materials
  • Conduct assessments to measure learners' competency progress
  • Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed training or degree in linguistics, language education, or a related field
  • BAMF accreditation/authorization to teach integration courses
  • Teaching experience in German as a foreign language (DaF) and experience preparing learners for language exams (B1)
  • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering instructional content
  • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
