We are looking for you as a trainer for ALLPLAN — with passion, professional expertise, and enthusiasm for practical knowledge transfer.
In your role as a freelance trainer, the sustainable development of course participants’ competencies is the central focus.
You see your teaching role both as an initiator and as a learning companion in the sense of modern, practice-oriented learning (Learning 4.0).
This includes: subject-related tutoring from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D®; the application of various teaching methods to design lessons; and conducting competency-growth assessments.
You have an excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction engineering or a comparable qualification
At least three years of professional experience in this field
Proof of an ACP certification, or willingness to obtain one
Solid knowledge of Allplan (CAD software for architecture and structural engineering), in particular: creating and editing 2D elements, text, dimensioning, and symbols
3D modeling, visualization, and experience with BIM standards and processes
Use of advanced features such as macros, SmartParts, renovation/planning for conversions, structural engineering workflows, and Visual Scripting
Experience with building structure: planning and construction of buildings, stairs, foundations, and roof structures
Knowledge of BIM strategy and project management
Didactic skills: methodical and pedagogical aptitude in teaching content
Independent, structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility
Desirable: proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g. Ausbildereignung according to AEVO, Train-the-Trainer)
