About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING you will represent your field with passion and foresight
Deliver instruction via MS Teams
Design interactive online lessons using modern, learner-activating teaching methods
Prepare and develop course materials aligned with the IHK curriculum framework
Create practice-oriented exercises and assignments
Provide targeted preparation for the IHK examination

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or a degree in media, printing, communications, media management, or a related field
Ideally certified as a Media Specialist (Medienfachwirt), Master Craftsman in Print Media (Industriemeister Printmedien), or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in the media and print industry
Solid knowledge of products and processes in print and digital media production
Knowledge of sales and business processes
Elective specialization focus: "Digital Media"
Didactic/teaching skills
Experience in vocational training or adult education
AEVO (trainer aptitude certificate) or comparable pedagogical qualification desirable
Confident use of digital teaching and communication tools (especially MS Teams)
Methodical and didactic skill in conveying complex content
Strong communication skills, reliability, and self-organization
Enjoy motivating and supporting learners in a practical, hands-on way
Experience in advanced vocational training and participation on IHK examination committees is an advantage
