About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING you will represent your field with passion and foresight
- Deliver instruction via MS Teams
- Design interactive online lessons using modern, learner-activating teaching methods
- Prepare and develop course materials aligned with the IHK curriculum framework
- Create practice-oriented exercises and assignments
- Provide targeted preparation for the IHK examination
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or a degree in media, printing, communications, media management, or a related field
- Ideally certified as a Media Specialist (Medienfachwirt), Master Craftsman in Print Media (Industriemeister Printmedien), or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the media and print industry
- Solid knowledge of products and processes in print and digital media production
- Knowledge of sales and business processes
- Elective specialization focus: "Digital Media"
- Didactic/teaching skills
- Experience in vocational training or adult education
- AEVO (trainer aptitude certificate) or comparable pedagogical qualification desirable
- Confident use of digital teaching and communication tools (especially MS Teams)
- Methodical and didactic skill in conveying complex content
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and self-organization
- Enjoy motivating and supporting learners in a practical, hands-on way
- Experience in advanced vocational training and participation on IHK examination committees is an advantage
