About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight
The primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants
Design and deliver lessons both as a content presenter and as a learning facilitator/coach
Subject-specific teaching from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D
Design and apply a variety of teaching methods for course delivery
Prepare and conduct learner assessments
Contribute to quality assurance measures
Enthusiasm for innovative concepts in individualized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or university degree
Professional and project experience as a consultant
Experience as a trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education and online teaching
A current SAP S/4HANA certification
Proof of pedagogical qualification (e.g., P2WTTT certificate, AEVO)
Methodological and didactic skill in delivering instructional content
Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
