About the role
- Responsible for learner success and participant motivation
- Guide and support learners in a flipped-classroom model
- Promote active engagement with learning content and its practical application
- Encourage group exchange about learning through innovative formats
- Supervise individual completion of assignments as part of portfolio work
- Support evaluation of learning products
- Deliver instruction from the home office
- Possess excellent proficiency in German as the language of instruction (C2 level)
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Digital Learning Development (2+ years)
- Degree or training in pedagogy or adult education, media or communication design, or an equivalent qualification
- Extensive knowledge of e-learning and instructional design
- Confident use of at least one of the following tools: Articulate 360 (Rise or Storyline), Canva Pro, Genial.ly, Moodle, with practical experience
- Experience with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to support the design and creation of learning materials
- Experience designing learning environments and experience in graphic design and learning video production
- Confidence in media law and user experience (UX)
- Several years' experience as an online trainer in adult education
- Application of innovative methods to activate learners
- New Work mindset and a willingness to experiment with new learning technologies
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
