Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Previous poultry experience preferred
  • Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs
  • Wear required protective equipment where mandatory
  • Ability to work non-standard shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work in wet and cold environments around raw and/or animal odors
  • Ability to work around noise exceeding 85 decibels, CO2, and moving equipment
