About the role
- Lead accounting teams during interim roles
- Own and manage the full financial close process
- Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Coordinate external audit and tax processes
- Partner with FP&A to provide accurate actuals
- Assess current-state accounting processes
- Support ERP implementations and automate initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA strongly preferred
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Deep understanding of GAAP
- AI fluency and ability to leverage tools
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience in consulting or fractional leadership capacity
- Exposure to M&A transactions preferred
