About the role

  • Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C# and JavaScript;
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of a system that processes large volumes of data and executes complex asynchronous workflows;
  • Design and implement robust solutions within an evolving architecture, currently based on a consolidated monolith;
  • Contribute to building and improving integrations with commercial systems and other internal services;
  • Participate in squads alongside Product Owners, Quality Analysts, DevOps, Support, Architecture, and other Developers;
  • Follow the full development lifecycle, from conception through delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement;
  • Investigate and resolve technical incidents, proposing sustainable solutions;
  • Collaborate on code reviews, unit tests, and technical discussions that support product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of software development experience;
  • Proficiency in C# and JavaScript;
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code practices;
  • Experience with agile practices;
  • Proficiency in SQL and solid hands-on experience with relational databases;
  • Experience with Git, including workflow organization such as git-flow or team-aligned variations;
  • Experience with unit and integration testing;
  • Experience with messaging systems and asynchronous processes;
  • Experience with large data volumes and complex integrations;
  • The following are a plus:
  • Experience with Vue or jQuery;
  • Experience with large-scale asynchronous workflows;
  • Use of AI as a support tool in software development;
  • Genuine interest in understanding the business and its market rules;
  • Familiarity with Oracle databases;
  • Experience producing documentation for developed features.
