About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop end-to-end test strategies for our clients
Design test concepts and take responsibility for test planning
Create test cases and documentation
Coordinate subprojects through to business acceptance (sign-off)
Promote innovation in test automation
Use AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity
Provide test management training for colleagues and clients
Develop solutions in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in test management
Expertise in test management methods and frameworks (e.g., TPI Next, TMMi)
Experience with modern test automation tools such as Tosca
Proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps environments
Experience coordinating multiple testers and test managers
Knowledge of project management frameworks
Solid understanding of financial services processes
ISTQB certification is a plus
Fluent business-level German and good English skills
Occasional travel to client sites
