About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead workstreams and small engagements autonomously, managing priorities, risks, resources, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality output from the team.
Provide expert-driven recommendations, applying deep subject-matter knowledge, conducting strong qualitative analysis, and staying current on market and industry trends.
Communicate with clarity and confidence, facilitate client meetings, present results effectively, and build trust with stakeholders.
Develop and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise, giving constructive feedback, and fostering growth across Analysts and Consultants.
Contribute to Wavestone’s growth, proactively support business development, nurturing client relationships, spotting new opportunities, and participating in marketing, content creation, and internal initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or another analytical field. (Master’s preferred).
3+ years’ experience in external client-facing technology transformation consulting.
Experience leading and supporting complex technology and transformation initiatives including strategy, systems implementation, operating model transformations, or digital modernization efforts.
Proven ability to lead workstreams or small engagements, managing priorities, risks, resources, and cross-functional project teams.
Ability to work across business and technology stakeholders to assess needs, define solutions and support the delivery of large-scale transformation programs in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Experience applying analytical methods to business problems, driving collaborative decision-making, and ensuring data integrity.
Experience collaborating across major business functions (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, etc) and working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior leadership and create compelling MS Office deliverables—especially PowerPoint.
Proven contribution to business development, including proposal shaping, identifying opportunities, or securing extensions.
Ability to travel as required.
