About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support organizations through strategic IT transformations (using your AI expertise to tailor customer-centered solutions).
Support project stakeholders in planning and tracking of projects & activities.
Initiate and control various activities in the context of time, budget, scope management.
Create a quality management system and continuous improvement of project quality while executing risk management activities.
Oversee the planning and implementation of communication and stakeholder management.
Provide support in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and project status updates for stakeholders.
Participate in workshops and meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and gather feedback on project deliverables.
Assist in the onboarding process for new team members by providing project documentation and guidance.
Manage projects by leveraging AI to enhance resource allocation, budget forecasting, project planning & tracking, or risk management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduated with top grades in Business Administration, Business Informatics/Business IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
Proven professional experience (3-5 years) as a PMO or Project Manager, or in a comparable position in an Agile environment.
Extensive experienced in agile and traditional methodologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, etc.) as well as agile project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, JIRA/Atlassian, MS Azure DevOps).
Strong process management, organizational, time management skills with attention to detail and leadership experience.
Empathy, communication skills and strong team spirit.
Excellent methodological skills in requirement gathering and process mapping.
High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong IT affinity and a passion for software and AI technologies.
Certification such as PMP, Prince2, PSM or similar.
Show strong customer orientation for both internal and external stakeholders, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
Speak fluent business English and German.
Enjoy occasional travel to customer sites (approximately 5–6 times per year).
