About the role

  • You support international insurers in transformation and digitalization projects.
  • You analyze insurance processes and IT landscapes and work with clients to develop improvements.
  • You work on topics such as core systems modernization, process automation and the use of AI.
  • You act as an interface between the business and IT.
  • You take responsibility for work packages or subprojects and work in international teams.

Requirements

  • You have experience in insurance consulting (e.g., claims, underwriting, policy administration).
  • You are interested in digital transformation, new technologies and AI applications.
  • You have very good command of German and English.
  • You are willing to travel for projects within Europe.
