About the role

  • You will work on strategically relevant projects focused on digital transformation, modernization of insurance core systems, and process optimization.
  • You can expect a consulting environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and a personal culture.
  • You will actively participate in projects to renew and modernize insurance systems.
  • You will support our clients in the digital transformation of their core business.
  • You will analyze business requirements across insurance processes and translate them into clear functional and technical solution concepts.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor at the interface between the business units and IT, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the feasibility of solutions.
  • You will leverage AI technologies to optimize processes, enable data-driven decisions, and support transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in insurance consulting.
  • Solid experience in business analysis, project work, and workshop facilitation.
  • Good knowledge of core processes in the insurance industry.
  • Interest in AI applications and their potential to increase efficiency and drive innovation in insurance processes.
  • Experience in international project environments and willingness to travel within Europe.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Open-minded attitude, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of collaborative, team-oriented work.
