About the role

  • You advise our clients on organizational, functional or technical insurance projects.
  • You develop solutions within partially agile project teams and consult business units or act as the interface between business and IT.
  • You apply your business and IT expertise, lead interdisciplinary project teams and take responsibility as a (partial) project manager or in other leadership roles in areas such as agility, requirements engineering/business analysis, process/solution design or test management.
  • You work in a team that supports one of our largest insurance clients—with a focus on project delivery and client relationship management.
  • You take responsibility for supporting proposal processes, creating presentations and helping to further develop the client relationship.
  • You coordinate project staffing for project requests.
  • You are the point of contact for deployed consultants and support their development as a coach.

Requirements

  • You have several years of professional experience as a Senior Consultant in a management consulting firm, an insurance company or an insurance-adjacent start-up.
  • You have project experience in the insurance industry and enjoy shaping change.
  • You have experience with insurance company processes and IT landscapes.
  • You have methodological expertise in traditional or agile project management, test management, requirements engineering or business analysis.
  • You bring a structured working style as well as systems thinking and are an outstanding organizer.
  • You are communicative and enjoy working in a team.
  • You enjoy networking and building/maintaining relationships.
  • You have a successfully completed university degree.
  • You have business-fluent German and good English skills.
  • You are willing to travel within Germany for client support and consulting projects.
