About the role

  • You advise clients in the Banking & Insurance sector and Financial Services on large business and IT transformation projects.
  • You take responsibility for PMO, project management, requirements and test management, as well as change management.
  • Depending on your seniority, you gradually take on increasing project leadership roles in the implementation of banking- or insurance-specific IT solutions.
  • In test management, you develop comprehensive test strategies for our banking or insurance clients and coordinate the test projects.
  • You continually expand your sphere of responsibility and progressively take on more work packages in project management, requirements management, or test management.
  • You contribute your acquired expertise to the development of the consulting portfolio, publications on specialist topics, and acquisition activities.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in (business) computer science, (industrial) engineering, business administration, and/or have a professional background in banking or insurance.
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in both traditional and agile project environments based on recognized standards (e.g., ISTQB, SCRUM, PMBOK, PRINCE2, IREB).
  • You have already demonstrated your project management/test management expertise sustainably in the banking, insurance, or financial services industries.
  • You have strong IT affinity and curiosity for continuously evolving methods in project management, test management, and the broader IT context.
  • You demonstrate a professional presence, above-average analytical and conceptual skills, and a high degree of initiative.
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
  • Willingness to travel within our hybrid working model is natural for you.
